If you saw the picture of Wee Rob, upside down fully planked, on the main AdviceLine page, here she is just before launching, in Steve Roberts' 'collage' of photos. What a triumph!
But Steve does say he is a fraction large for this little gem. If the garage had been a touch bigger he might have had room for MacGregor, Wee Rob's bigger sister at 13' 7" or 15' 8". (You can build almost any design a certain amount longer by spacing out the frames/stations a bit further). That would have taken a little more material - the planks would still come out of just two sheets of ply scarphed together - but probably no greater time. |
